As agile coach and Scrum Master I guide teams and organizations in their discovery and development of an agile way of working. It involves implementation of agile projectmanagement, 100% Scrum, SAFe or kanban. But it can also mean developing a unique way of working for an organization, in which these frameworks are combined. This way the way of working is tailored to the culture and processes of the organization.

Lie detection and Body language
All my life I have had an interest in what is not being said out loud. So much, that I became an expert in reading body language. In 2017 I succesfully finished the program for Lie detection and body language at the Leugen Academie. Because of this I am now able to ‘see’ and ‘hear’ what is not being said in team and group discussions, PI plannings and individual conversations. I use this knowledge for leadership development (I train executive level (management) and team development.
I love digital solutions. Since 2008 I have worked on digital programmes and projects. I worked on both the agency side as the client side on digital projects. Through those years I have seen online marketing develop into a range of expertises. Today I work with IT professionals on digital transformation on IT architecture, data and analytics, robotics, Artificial Intelligence).
Facilitation involves many skills at the same time. It includes: listening, reflecting, conversation technique, brainstorm techniques and so much more. All with the purpose of guiding the flow and group process. My pallet of skills include: meeting faciliation, visual facilitation, agile brainstorm technique and online and hybride facilitation (of webinars).
